Designed to capture the audience's imagination with short audio essays about the art world, artists and their work both historical and contemporary, Picture This! is presented by Brad Cushman, the Gallery Director and Curator of Art Exhibitions at UALR. Cushman also teaches in the Art Department and is a visual artist. He has a website.
 Brad Cushman moved to Little Rock from Durant, Oklahoma where he taught and served as Art Department Chair at Southeastern Oklahoma State University for 12.5 years.
Cushman was born in Springfield, Illinois and attended Illinois College in Jacksonville, where he received a B.A. in Studio Art. He attended Cranbrook Academy of Art in Detroit, MI, and received and MFA in Painting.
Brad Cushman has participated in a multiple-artist project out of NYC. INBOX Volume 1 - 4 was produced as an artist portfolio exchange. Copies of INBOX have been purchased by the Museum of Modern Art Library, NY Public Library, The Whitney Museum of American Art and the Art Institute of Chicago.
